Gli Ecomori incontrano gli studenti del Programma Rethinking Food Security: People, Agriculture and Politics
Una lezione tutta particolare ha visto gli Ecomori del gruppo delle Sentinelle dei Rifiuti salire in cattedra all'Università degli Studi di Torino per diffondere la loro esperienza di volontariato e integrazione a Porta Palazzo agli studenti del Programma di studio Rethinking Food Security: People, Agriculture and Politics.

Una lezione tutta particolare ha visto gli Ecomori del gruppo delle Sentinelle dei Rifiuti salire in cattedra all'Università degli Studi di Torino per diffondere la loro esperienza di volontariato e integrazione a Porta Palazzo agli studenti del Programma di studio Rethinking Food Security: People, Agriculture and Politics.
Il programma promosso dal World Learning attraverso il SIT Study Abroad e coordinato a livello nazionale dalla Conservatoria delle Cucine Mediterranee (CCM) di Torino, per affrontare il tema della sicurezza alimentare secondo un approccio di indagine più locale e territoriale che ha incluso l’esame dell’aspetto legato alla food safety, senza tralasciare le prospettive sociali, storiche, culturali e ambientali che regolano e valorizzano il patrimonio agroalimentare presente in Piemonte e, più in generale, in Italia.
